Laterra Links
The 28-acre island that punctuates the front nine of the King
& Bear golf course is home to 152 townhome-styled Coach Homes.
Each main home houses four independently-owned condominiums with
two first floor units and two second story units. Each unit has its
own private garage and the second story units feature 14' tall
ceilings and an interior private elevator. All of the driveways and
the neighborhood sidewalks are paved with colorful interlocking
paving stones. The neighborhood's common areas are
fully-landscaped, ornamented with fountains and featuring extensive
areas of street paver stones. Laterra Links is known for offering
the size, comfort and features of a single-family home along with a
lock-and-leave lifestyle that minimizes maintenance. An interior
lake creates the open space setting for 12 of the Laterra Links
buildings. The other buildings, housing 104 homes, are oriented
outward, looking over the surrounding golf corridors which are up
to 800' in width - a respectful setback and relationship to the
distant estate homes in Waterbury. Laterra Links has its own social
and amenity benefits, including a pair of clubhouses linked with a
breezeway and veranda, a resort-styled swimming pool and spa, a
fitness center and two catering kitchens.
